Do you make purchases through Amazon.com

Many of us incorporate amazon capsules into our hubs, but do you ever make purchases through amazon? I spend a fair amount of money on amazon each year. It just makes life a bit easier especially during the holidays. My family members make up wish lists that we can order from. It's really simple. Are you an Amazon shopper?

No, not yet, tried once, it took so long I gave up, but I am still intending to. When I tried they kept trying to 'flog' other things off to me, I just wanted the one book, the whole incident annoyed the 'hell" out of me.

We regularly make purchases on Amazon (and eBay, Overstock, etc.).  We live in a small town with limited retail outlets.  It is easier to purchase on line and have it sent directly to our door than to travel a distance and bring an item back home.

Yes, I used to only buy books on Amazon. I remembered them as a bookstore, and didn't trust their expansion. But then I needed some hard-to-find natural health items - hypoallergenic - and found I could buy them easily and reliable on Amazon. That was so helpful that I've become a fan of Amazon purchases. And I know someone who studies expensive purchases in depth using their product reviews.

I make a few purchases through Amazon. (.co.uk) Generally when I consider buying I have a look at what it's equivalent is on Amazon especially for photographic products and equipment which seem to be very competitive for my Canon DSLR

I've only had a couple of bad experiences from there- despatch to a wrong address which was quickly resolved with the courier company, and an none receipt altogether which was refunded immediately.

The Amazon wish list must be a great idea for a wedding list too!

Once in a blue moon I like to buy dvd's when something grabs my attention: for exampl, the Blu ray edition of 'African Queen" I had to have for the collection; as well as the last two 'Harry Potter' movies.

Yes I am a big Amazon shopper. One year I purchased every single Christmas present through them. It was a weird feeling not stepping one foot into a retail store during the holidays. Not only does Amazon have great prices, I love their fast shipping. My items are usually delivered within 3 days.

I have made many purchases through Amazon, especially during the holidays. Amazon is a very reliable source for making online purchases, I have always received my order in a timely manner, and if anything is ever wrong I am backed by the Amazon guarantee.

My life is on Amazon. I run a few businesses and I buy all the parts needed through there. I am a Prime member so I get free 2 day shipping. It's worth it.

I'll check into the Prime membership. I usually use the free shipping option.

    Yes, I LOVE amazon.com!

I have never had a problem.  It is SO easy to order from them, especially in the winter when I perch at home if the roads are bad.

Even though one of my passions is to hang out at Barnes & Noble, I still order alot of books off Amazon.  They arrive in less than a week.

For example I pre-ordered Richard Paul Evan's new book (The Road To Grace), due out early May, last February, and I had it about one day after the book came out.  Barnes and Noble didn't have the book on their shelves until about a week later.

Also, sometimes Amazon's books are cheaper to order than at Barnes & Noble.  That includes postage.

I have also ordered DVD's, CD's and things I have trouble finding, such as Young Living Oils.  So much easier to get things off Amazon.

    I trust them implicitly.

Only once did I return something - a DVD for my granddaughter, when  I found out her boy friend already bought it for her...and there was no problem returning it, and they credited my account immediately.

I can't applaud Amazon enough, and I will continue to order from them!

    Blessings, Sparklea smile

I sometimes do. I think the last thing I purchased there was a Winnie The Pooh baby blanket for my dog- LOL.

I have been buying stuff from Amazon for years. The prices are usually pretty good and the quality is good. I usually will search to see if I can get it cheaper elsewhere but usually not.
I buy my daughter's school books there. She is home schooled.

Definitely. There are some good deals to be had on Amazon. I like to work on cars and things like 2000grit sandpaper are tough to find in stores but I know I can always find it for a good price on Amazon.
