What is your favorite chain restaurant for eating healthily?

Are there any chain restaurants where you find it particularly easy to eat more healthily?  Any favorite, healthy dine-out meals?

In my view, Indian Coffee House is best in India for healthy food

I would say Subway.  You can really leave off the bad things and add tons of veggies. It is a lot of bread though, so the flatbread or tortilla option is nice.

That is true! ALthough when I looked up the nutrition info, I found out that the flatbread is actually quite deceiving! The 6" flatbread has more calories, more sodium, & more fat than the 6" wheat! And only 2 fewer grams of carbs! I was surprise

Sweet Tomatoes is great. They have fresh vegetables, soups, and fruits.

Ruby Tuesdays has some really good and healthy meals on the menu and usually has an awesome salad bar that comes free with many meals. I also like buffets like Golden Corral where I get to pick and choose what and how much goes on my plate. The temptation to overeat with many restaurants' enormous portions is a little too much for me. My friends used to call me the 'side dish queen,' I'm not a vegetarian, but I love side dishes and salads. (And cake, too. At buffets, I usually try to consider the dessert bar a no-go zone.)

My favourite healthy chain restaurant is Itzu Sushi.  I love sushi, and after you've eaten it you feel healthy!  I think the same can probably be said for most good sushi places actually; lots of fresh fish and vegetables.

Another favourite that I used to go to when I worked in central London is a Turkish food chain called Cafe Sofra, it's really delicious, healthy Mediterranean food.

Sounds delish! I wish I was in London so I could try these. At least now I have a few restarant suggestions if I make a trip across the pond.
