The last time I contacted them was in my first year (3 years ago) and they contacted me within 3 hours. Due to Hubpages rapid growth and many people not understanding why there traffic is down I would assume they are being mobbed by mail from Hubbers. Many Hubbers find answers to the questions they have on the forums. If the question is a more general type question i'd love to try to answer it via email. If its something you believe I cant answer then try to be patient, one thing I learned about Hubpages is there isn't much of a rush on anything, if one hub has a problem just keep going and try them again later.

Well, according to my personal experience, four days is not that long of a wait. I mean, it has taken up to four days for HubPages to respond to me, as well. When they do respond, they might send you to a forum to have your question answered. I have learned that there is a forum for everything, so now instead of emailing the team, who probably don't have the manpower to answer every email expediently, what with over 50 Million people discovering HubPages every month, it must be overwhelming. And, yes you have the correct email address.

I emailed them when the bigezine hub-stealing thing was going on, it only took a day to get an answer, but it was probably a mass email since lots of us were having the same problem.

I had a question about one of my Hubs within the last couple of weeks and I got an answer within 24 hours. If something big is going on, it may take them a little longer. And that is the e-mail address I used to contact them.

When the RSS capsule would not work correctly on my pages it took them two days to get back to me with acknowledgement and about a week to fix it. Incidentally, I was using the capsule correctly. Not sure how they fixed it.
