   Yes, if I try to force myself to write while not in the right mood, the article will suffer for it.  My day job involves writing, so I usually need to take a break after work to feel ready enough to write on HubPages.

   I tend to be stressed or tense when I write my critiques, however I'm usually in a good mood for review. So I guess I do have a particular mood when I write. ^^

   Yeah I have to feel fresh, usually thats early in the morning. Otherwise I can sit there almost all day and nothing seems to happen.

   Absolutely.  If I'm in a 'down' mood, I'll write dark articles or make nasty comments, so I usually don't stick in my two cents at that time.
   Generally, I'm in an encouraging mood, so I write accordingly.
   Sometimes I feel comedic, so I make people laugh with what I write as a result.

   My only requirements are wine and time   So to answer your question, no I do not require a particular mood to write on HubPages.

   Yes, I need to be in the right mood to write on hubpages.  There are times that my mind is fresh and ideas are really flowing, but other times I can not think of anything creative.  Usually if I am too tired then I do not feel inspired to write anything.  I never try to force it when the feeling is not there.

   I firmly believe that my moods do dictate why and how I write. For instance, I have several rough draft pieces sitting in MS Word because when I began to write them I was melancholy, nostalgic, upset about social injustice, comedic or a myriad of other feelings. To be good writers we need to be passionate about our work and our moods are are then transformed into the written word.
