A crossstitch one that I may not be able to finish in this lifetime lol... the top is a floral, circle pattern - very beautiful design, but doing all that stitching before even starting the quilting has been a very huge project to undertake.  I work on it a few times a week, so about 100 more years or so and I should be all done wink.

Wow, that is labor intensive but I can imagine it is going to be quite beautiful and something to treasure for generations. Thanks for commenting!

I have a couple of things going on right now.  One King size and a few wall hangings.

I cannot imagine how difficult a King size quilt would be to sew. Thanks for commenting.

just finished 10 recliner quilts (48" sq.) and a twin size 8" block of old shirts for work,.... i work in long term care activities,....

at home i have 5 that are cut and ready to assemble including a double knit 9" block that is half together,....

in the future (meaning, when i get everything else done) i have the materials to build a trellis pattern of embroidered handkercheifs, poss. Q sized,....

and i'm trippy to try a pattern called "snail trail" that i stumbled onto that fascinated me,..... but uhg..... not yet! ha!

Wow! You are busy quilting. I love it. I know the patients at your facility will treasure those handmade blankets that were made with such love. Thanks for commenting.

Crazy quilt! It is only my third quilt. I made two baby quilts, then decided to be brave and move up to a larger size. It is bigger than a lap quilt, but smaller than a twin. About the size of a fleece throw. I am making it for the back of the sofa, using scraps of fabric left over from making my curtains and pillows.

Right now I am in the fitting and piecing process...(which isn't nearly as easy as it sounded!) I am looking forward to the hand embroidery phase. Embroidery is my passion, but I have very ways of displaying any of my pieces. This will be my "show-off" piece. smile

Wow, you are very ambitious for a beginner. I know you will be an expert after completing this one! Best of luck.
