Do you connect with your inner child?

What does your inner-child want or need most in order to feel happy, satisfied, and heard?
Is your inner-child fearful, hurt, or afraid?
Is your inner-child adventurous, outgoing, and strong willed?
How does it affect your life, as an adult, today?

When you lose your inner child, you lose happiness and fun. Whatever your age might be, let the inner child in you thrive and flourish as it makes you so happy and comfortable with your life.

She exists?! No, I don't. It's why it is so easy for me to become depressed, because it is difficult for me to put my emotions across.

thank you for your honesty.  you're inner child isn't just the ability to feel "child like".  When you were a child, perhaps things happened that are pulling you back to this feeling of depression.  If you address these issues you might find answers

My inner child loves freedom and is very independent. It does affect my life, sometimes I feel restricted and not interested in things around me as I have to do certain things as an adult, which I do not like. How much can we pamper the inner-child? I wish I could spoil it with all the wishes it wants to fulfill but I am an adult, so reason persists. Good question!

I live with my 'inner child' every time I close my eyes and let myself dream about the world I would like to live in, peaceful, friendly, sharing and loving...I always write with my 'inner child' sitting on my shoulder and watching....

I absolutely connect with my inner child. My inner child is free spirited, adventurous, playful, curious, enthusiastic, and LOVES to laugh. Truth be told I’d say my inner child is more of an outer child. I say this as a responsible, well rounded, level headed and successful adult. I would not be where I am today, taking life in stride and loving every single second of this crazy ride called life,  if it weren’t for my inner/outer child.

This is great!  Not everyone is lucky enough to have as vibrant of an inner child.  Many are damaged at a young age.  You are very fortunate & I am super happy for you!
