    Is it time to stop kidding yourself?

    Are you spending your life living someone else's dream? Have you been kidding yourself that what you are doing, how you are living, is the life YOU want for you? Is it time to make a change, make changes?

    I think I have always kidded myself into thinking that I could eat anything and it wouldn't catch up with me.  I see so many people suffering from diabetes and heart problems, due to what they eat.  I always thought "Not me!"  and I still ate everything I wanted.  I don't have any of those serious health issues but I think it's time to face reality and understand that I'm not immune to any disease and my do have to be careful with what I eat, or it WILL catch up with me.

      Wow I'm surprised that you chose my answer as the best answer. Thank you!  Now I have an App on my iphone, "MyFitnessPlan" where I record my calories, exercise, etc. and guess what? It works! I have to think about every bite that goes in my mouth!

    i have to say that it is definitely time to make some changes in my life. my health has deteriorated...mostly my mental health lol...but seriously. and i don't like it because i am way to young. not even 40 yet. lots of prayers, therapy, oh, and don't forget the medications! blessings!
