The Great Gatsby ... I love that story.  I finished reading for my umpteenth time about 2 months ago.

    Thunder Dog by Michael Hingson.

It is a biography. Michael Hingson was the bilnd man who worked on the 78th floor of the World Trade Center. On 9/11 he and his guide dog escaped from the towers and also helped several other people escape.  It is a fascinating story of both 9/11 and also how Hingson came to be working as a senior executive in the WTC on that day.

Last book I read was Corn War which was about the strained relations between working class and poor corn merchants clashing with the Monarchy in England some 600 years ago.
