   What Do we Learn From 21/12/2012
   
   wondering about what do we learn from 21/12/2012. date passed and nothing mishap happened. we were worried about the mayan calender , about end of world and a lot more. in some country people were even getting crazy about the date but nothing happened? so what do we learn from it.

   What we have been taught from every doomsday prediction is man will always be wrong. No man can predict the end of times, only God knows when this will happen. Not even the angels in heaven nor Jesus Christ knows when this will happen. Only the Father, God.

      with tech. we can be at least 80% sure and may be in future after 1000 years we will be able to predict it. it's sure that the tectonic plates will move, but when no one knows.

      When they move...yeah I can ponder that.  I always thought that their movements were constants, at, total guess as to scale, and relative to geological/archeologicaltime, millimeters per year?

      if it's not that way then probably the other way. if you are talking about the mayan calender then, some predicted that it will be an end but some predicted that  it's just, end of an era and new era will being.

   I didn't learn anything as I already knew the majority of humanity was extremely ignorant and gullible...  At times, I think the Homo erectus had a one-up on the Homo sapiens...  Ha!  Just kidding, I think?

   ...that the next number in this sequence began 100 years, 356 days ago, the first day of 1912, and ended at the midnight start to the next year...(2112/2012/1912), and the 4th number of this sequence, 1812, not 100 years before that, but later that year, on 1/8/12.   Not a very sequential sequence!

   Destiny of fate can be changed.
   
   So, we are over with 21/12/2012 and we learnt that destiny can be altered with our actions.
   
   If you want to make a better world, you need to think deeply how you can make the right changes.
   
   I believe we all can live happily with each others for the rest of our lives.

   As an Astrologer and person who studies Metaphysical topics, my understanding was not that it was the end of the world. It was the end of the Mayan calender, but who knows, they may have had a new one, just like we put up a new one New Year's Day! The Age of Aquarius is coming now, and the world is at a point where humanity HAS to understand we can only stop wars and destruction if we work together. We have to take the best ideas from each religion, and choose or make one. No more bickering about whose is right and whose is wrong. We must help each other, and learn to work together to solve the World's problems. If we don't, we may face the same consequences the Atlanteans did. They were a highly technical society who used their knowledge for ill.

      yeah true, it was basically an end of mayan calender era to begin with a new one. we all know that working together is the only way by which we can make peace but there is always a feeling of revolt in the group. Some always wants to lead (rule over)
