   This might sound strange, but I really value a similar sense of humor in close friends.  I want to be able to act like myself around my friends, and I need them to understand my idiosyncrasies.  This goes along with all the other important attributes, like honesty and loyalty.

   i especially like friends who have an introverted personality...you know, those people who have preferences for low stimulating activities or interactions... it might be the case that i happen to be an introvert which makes me like them too...it's not hard to make friends with these people but they are usually quiet and tend to be alone most of the times...i find it quite interesting to get to know more about introverts...

   A good friend is honest, trustworthy, compassionate, enjoys and cares about you (and vice versa), one who knows the true you and likes you anyway.

   I find that honesty to one another is key. Able to keep secrets that are told to one another is vital.

   Honesty is the best quality a friend can have, if you can't trust someone how you suppose to rely on them.
