   Do you greet your neighbors every day in the morning?
   
   I greet my neighbors, both regular and never talk before neighbors in the morning by waving my hand. A gesture to begin friendly neighborhood even though no words are spoken. Do you do that?

   No, we live in an area where there is a lot of space between houses so we rarely see our neighbors. But if I do see them, yes, I always wave and say hello.

      oh, so you live in bungalows? Our houses are double-storey terrace, just like the shop houses except that it is double-storey with house rooftops and car porch. Hence we can see our neighbors every day once we step out the house.

   No. If I see my neighbors once a week, it's a positive sign. Yes, I offer the smile, "good _____", and a friendly wave. But do you really see your neighbors every morning?

      Yes, i meet some of my neighbors in the morning when i sent my boy to school. We walk to school everyday since it is just a 5minutes walk. Some of them came back from tai-chi exercise or going to work or came back from wet market. Just wave.

   No. Some people are friendly and some are not. When I lived in the midwest, greeting people was natural. In the south, people were very friendly. After moving to other areas of the country, I discovered that each environment is different. Some areas are more private. The neighbors really don't want to know you. And some people are not right for you either. You have nothing in common. Some are totally hostile at first sight. Some change every day, friendly today and hostile the next day. You are moving in different directions; morally, psychologically, spiritually or economically. I've learned to choose wisely. Give people their space. If they don't want to know you, there is a reason. It's best to leave it at that.

      that makes sense. Some of my neighbors especially the rich ones , had their house renovated and own fancy big cars, ignore my existence. Yeah, i don't greet them either.

   The morning time is usually a very busy time for me and my family. We all are so busy with our works that we don't get enough time to greet the neighbors. But if I see them while doing any work, I don't forget to wave at them or simply give them a smile. It is the best form of greeting.
   My neighbors know me well and so they are very happy with that smile alone.

   I always greet my neighbors if I see them and I always present myself as their new neighbor when I move to another place.
   
   Therefor I've never really had any problems with my neihbors and if there were issues that needed to be resolved they were easy to handle except for one or two occassions.
   
   I believe in a healthy relationship with my neighbors without having to visit them every week for a cup of tea.

   I do greet my neighbors daily we live  in  a close net community and  you can't avoid seeing them I am friendly and smiley to them always that is just how I am.
