Do you believe in life after death?

Do you believe there is really a judgement after here to determine your eternity? Should people be conscious of that fact, or should we just live our life?

    Those are three different questions.

1.)  Yes, I believe something happens after we die.  I had a couple of experiences when family members have died to convince me of that fact.

2.)  A judgement to determine my eternity. That is much trickier.  I'm leaning towards no heaven, hell, or purgatory. At least not in the biblical sense of those words.

3.)  I think we should be conscious of the memory we are leaving behind. Live your life to the best of your abilities, and hurt no one through acts of malice. If you live a good life then really what have you got to worry about?

If there is life after death then essentially there is no "death".
We're simply talking about (moving on). If for example I were in California yesterday and today I am in Florida does it mean I no longer exist in the minds of those living in California? Am I dead?
Just because we have not seen or heard from someone does not mean they no longer exist. What we call "death" is simply a transition of spirit. Our bodies are nothing more than a shell to get around on this planet. A spirit never dies it just moves on. There is no death.

Yes, I believe in life after death. Not so much the judgment, still not fully understood on that one.

I don't "believe" in life after death; I know it with a certainty.

God created each of us in His image and likeness, and He is not Homo sapiens. That means that each of us is a timeless, spiritual source of creation, for that is the "image" of God.

We have become separated from the Father by our decision to turn away from Him. That great turning away was the decision to take on the blindfold of ego. Because of this, we are required to look through human eyes in order to perceive the world around us.

I have experienced seeing without human eyes -- and it occurred only because ego was entirely missing during those few moments.

Judgement is nothing more than action-reaction law. If you jump off of a building, the ground "judges" you at the speed of impact. This is God's law meeting your decision head-on.

Each human life has its own vector of creation. If you lived a life full of love, it may be judged lovingly. But if you lived a life of judgment, condemning others because they didn't do things the way you thought they should, then you will likely be condemned. But the true self is more than just the one bodily life.

I have remembered thousands of prior lives, most of them only fleetingly. Most of those memories helped me to unburden the past so I could be free. As Jesus said, know the truth and it will set you free. One of those past lives has remained vivid in my memory. It was of a life nearly 12,000 years ago, after the refugees left the great island empire when it sank. I suffered greatly to help my fellow refugees survive those first few years in the wilderness of Europe.

What Jesus talked about remains the most important, here. That we can gain everlasting life. What is this?

When we took of the forbidden fruit in the Garden, we pulled the separateness of ego over our spiritual eyes, and lost consciousness. We regained consciousness only through the Homo sapiens bodies that God created for us. With each bodily death, we again sink into unconsciousness. Only with the release of ego will we ever restore spiritual consciousness. When that happens, consciousness will not end with bodily death, because our true, spiritual selves will be reborn.
