I am guessing anywhere from 25-100 depending on whether those conversations become drawn out or not.  I usually try to use text messaging as a quick way to have a short conversation.  More and more I notice that I have started using it as a main method of conversation.  I'm not worried.  Things will always change.  Soon we won't have to talk.  Wow!  That could be good and bad in so many ways.

Believe it or not, zero! I am young, I have had my own cellphone for more than four years, but I've just never gotten into texting. I have probably sent only about five or six texts in my entire life. Part of the reason is that I do not have a high-tech phone, so sending a text is rather awkward. I may get more into texting if I ever get a better phone. But I don't think I'll ever be too tied to it.

I don't text much at all. Maybe three times in a month I might text something.

A few times a week, That is because my son's friends' Moms' only text to set up play dates. I would be happy if I never sent another text in my life. My husband and I also just down graded our phones and dropped the data packages. By doing this we have saved close to $800 a year. No we don't miss our high tech phones. Before we did this our phone bill was $2,424 a year. Crazy ...

I am not a cell phone-alholic...I carry it in my purse and forget it is there...I do, however, text to my daughter and sister  - and, for dinner plans - my husband at work.  Period.  It is easier to reach my sis and my daughter via text as they are never home.
That being said, I am allowed 500 free texts a month - then I get charged and I have to pay.  I have only gone over that quota once, during a circumstance with my sister where a lot of texting was done.  Hasn't happened since.  I think I usually hit maybe 200 a month, or less.  I do not like to text, so I often talk into the microphone.  PS: I think my nephew goes over 1000 a month.

It really depends on who I want to communicate with. Sometimes I'll find myself doing 30 - 50 texts whereas on other days I'll barely text two times.
