   Which is easier to cook, turkey or chicken?
   
   I love chicken but sometimes, sick and tired of the same taste. I have tried turkey, delicious but expensive but I couldn't buy a whole cooked turkey here. I can order online but which is easier to cook?

   It really depends on what you're trying to do with it. If you're talking about a whole turkey, you can theoretically cook it in the exact same way as a chicken, and it will be exactly as easy. Except that it's larger, so you'll have to work to keep the outside moist. Traditionally, though, turkey's are cooked a few specific ways. Honestly, they're about comparable to each other in terms of difficulty. It's hard to say which is harder without specific recipes.

   I find a chicken much easier to cook only because I can cook one way faster than I can a turkey. Sometimes I will stuff a chicken if it is big enough but when I cook turkeys I always stuff them with a bread based dressing.
   If you are able to get a turkey breast you may find that it is the easiest to cook and there are many great ways to cook a breast. It's a healthier choice as well.

   I think chicken is easier to cook, as turkey takes much longer and one must keep on watching it, as it takes much longer!

   Of course chicken is easier to cook. The meat of the bird is tender and it takes less time. You will get delectable recipes of chicken if you surf net. Turkey is also delicious but it takes little more time to get prepare. However, you can also try it out and try to prepare it in oven.

   Chicken is easier to cook won't take that many hours but you asked for easier both can be easy if you slit the thighs and drumsticks, the wings  make incisions and  for the turkey and chicken in specific places that takes longer and all will  cook evenly

   Personally I find that they are both easy to make only difference is that the turkey takes longer.  You may also find that you can do a little bit more with chicken, you can stuff it, bread iit and fry it in pieces, bake it with cajun, rosemary or other spices of your choice. Some people also have difficulty baking a turkey that is not dry I myself have never had this problem. I simply place it in a roasting pan with a lid not a foil covering of course after spicing it and stuffing it place it in the oven at the recommended tempreture bake covered until the last 30 to 45  minutes of cooking time then uncover to allow the turkey to brown and the skin to get crisp. Also while baking with the lid on baste every 30 minutes with a turkey baster  using the juices in the pan from the turkey.
