What is your favorite Denzel Washington movie?

In my opinion, Denzel Washington is one of the greatest actors of our time playing in a vast variety of roles. My all time favorite movie of his is Training Day..... Which movie of his is your favorite?

Man on Fire, Fallen and lately, Flight, are some of my all time favorites from Denzel Washington.  Between Man on Fire and Fallen I would have a hard time choosing which was my favorite, but probably Fallen.

Oooooh, tough question -- I have yet to find one that I don't like, and he picks his roles so well that it's really hard to say which are better. I think, for me, it'd probably be between Fallen or Deja Vu. Maybe The Bone Collector. Yep, think that's as narrow as it's going to get tongue

Although I haven't seen much Denzel movies, I think that Training Day has got to be one of my favorite movies.

That's a hard question, Alphadogg16, there are so many good ones. Favorite movie to watch his brilliant acting is a toss up between "Training Day" and "Malcolm X." He lost himself in both of those roles.

Denzel is a great actor, and I have a hard time narrowing it down. But I guess his film that I enjoy the most is "Fallen". Deliciously, wickedly spooky!

Do I really have to choose one? I really like actors who can play any role and make the part go from good to great and Denzel Washington is on that list. He didn't have what I would consider the lead role in "Glory", but I loved the part he played. Of all of the characters, I think his showed what it must have been like to be a former slave and what the man had to go through in order to prove he was as much a man as the white men who tried to prove he wasn't. His powerful acting made that role and the history of that time stick in my mind.

"Training Day", "The Hurricane", "Devil in a Blue Dress", "Out of Time", "Remember the Titians", "Malcolm X"  and "Flight" all contained great performances by Denzel Washington.

My vote for best performance would be "Training Day" with "The Hurricane" being a very close second.

I like a lot of his movies that you've mentioned but I liked " Book of Eli" a bunch and have to go way back for my favorite which was "Crimson Tide".

Ouch. Training Day was cool but a lil freaky. Lol. Had a lot of surprises. I'd have to say he kicked ass in one of my top 10 fav movies of all time: Man On Fire. Saw it in the theater and probably 40 times since. Lol

Denzel is a wonderful actor with talent and enthusiasm about his role.  Several of his movies are hits with me, but I did enjoy Remember the Titans for the theme.  It was had a great message.
