There is an energy or power that runs through everybody and everything. It can create anything, communicate in infinite ways and yet remain unseen. It can even be directed to attain certain accomplishments. Yet it has the final word as to when its time for a change or a transition.

Meditate daily, read Bible verses daily , and keep company with positive people that also read the Bible.

My best guess is that we're all consciousness itself, but we're only self aware as humans when our body is conscious..Our body & everything in the world i reckon, is just a distraction to that..Spirit is energy that we use to manifest what our own part of conscious wants to manifest, & that can be good or bad depending on our own "level" of consciousness..I want to use my fingers to type this sentence, so my conscious self uses the universal spirit to make my fingers etc move..Spirit to me is the energy that powers my body or rather makes my body do something, just like the programs not electricity power my laptop..So when my conscious self wants to use it, it plugs in & switches my spirit/energy switch on..Now I'm not saying spirit is the "electricity" in our bodies, no I'm saying spirit is "will power" & only a truly "conscious" mind/person can manifest will power..A person with true 100% will power will always do the right thing for themselves & others, they would do the "logical" thing every time which by definition would be the good thing..So maybe god is logic & logically if you think about it there had to be something, as there can't ever be nothing.

Spirit in most of us is asleep. It awakens occasionally and we feel it when touched with inspiration or the need to forgive.

Consciousness, for most people, is ego and the human brain. Both of these are physical and thus vulnerable. They obey the laws of action-reaction, physical reality. Ego is the urge to protect and to project "self." Ego is an awareness of self as important. Ego is what Christ called "first."

Humility is the antidote to ego. Humility takes out the importance of "self." By being meek, we open the door to spirit. This allows us to follow the first law, which is to love others as ourselves. This removes any importance on the things of this world. We loosen our attachments to things (possessions, reputations, names, property, money, power, influence and the like). With True Love, things are no longer important. If we make a billion dollars, we can give it to feed the hungry. We have no attachment.

Spirit is invulnerable. When we are fully in spirit, even the body is no longer important. But we can be responsible for it.

With the spirit, we can take 100% responsibility for all that happens to us. This is the viewpoint of invulnerability. We can no longer be a victim and there is no longer any room for blame. Turning the other cheek becomes effortless and natural. Forgiveness is easy.

I'd say understanding, & realization are the antidote to the ego..Knowing that my body/mind & my "life story so far" are not me, was my antidote to my own ego mind & any ego's that i met..That led me to feel empathy for ego's, as they hav

There is only God, called by different names.

In its highest form, it is Absolute and perhaps known as Silence. It is this same blissful, silent God that project down into Sound where Creation begins. All things sentient and non-sentient, are a manifestation of Spirit. We exist simply because Spirit (Consciousness) exists. There is nothing outside of Spirit and we are all made in its image. This is my view. Need not be others. An omnipotent Spirit has room for all.
