    I once heard:
You're given me cavaties with all that sweetness.
I was down and even though I wasn't interested it made my day.

Actually I believe the best pickup line is a genuine sincere smile and a warm "hello". If a person finds you attractive things are off and running. Pickup lines are nothing more than "ice breakers".
However if one just wants to try to elicit a laugh or go down in flames there are numerous pickup lines one can use to "break the ice".
All pickup lines should be done with a smile or raised eyebrow.
"I'm no Fred Flintstone but I bet I can make your bed rock!"
"You must be tired because you've been running through my mind all day long!"
"Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?"
"If being beautiful were a crime you'd be on death row!"
"They say love is blind. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Stevie Wonder."
"I don't normally approach strange women but if I didn't talk to you my friend would. You can thank me later"
"My friend bet me $20 you wouldn't go out with me. Lets take his money and enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee somewhere."
"Can I have my heart back?"
"Do you believe in love at first sight? or Do you need me to walk by again?!"

My best pick up line was not a phrase it was an action. Perhaps actions speak louder than words?  I simply through a frisbee (beachside) and hit my eventual better-half in her derrière. It was followed up by a highly visible "run" to her defence/aid and a sincere apology. I have now been apologizing for 30 years...
However, here are some I probably wouldn't use:
"Did you sit in a pile of sugar? Cause you have a pretty sweet ass."
"Do you have a Band-Aid? Because I just scraped my knee falling for you."
"Did you invent the airplane? Cause you seem Wright for me."
"If I were a stop light, I'd turn red everytime you passed by, just so I could stare at you a bit longer."
"I thought happiness started with an H. Why does mine start with U?"
"Are you a camera? Because every time I look at you, I smile."
"There are people who say Disney World is the happiest place on earth. Apparently, none of them have ever been in your arms."
