Don't you think flowers, shrubs and trees really set a house off in spring and summer?

Driving around today I noticed houses not even as nice as others were really more eye appealing because of the beautiful flowers or trees. They really beautify a home I think, do you agree?

I fully agree, Jackie. I love a front yard cottage garden like in your photo. It makes the little house look mystical, magical, charming.

Thank Phyllis; I love that too and if it can't be done with the actual house then maybe a small building or even shed on the property could be fixed like this!

Yes, Jackie. You are right. Without color, can we ever think good of life ? We need laughter, smiles, ornaments, dresses, makeup, ceremonies, tours, fairs, love, affection, thrill, sensation and what not. Likewise, our house needs decoration, furniture, vases, paints, portraits etc inside and flowers, shrubs, trees, grass, swings etc. outside. These give a house a glamorous look and an enchanting feeling to our souls. Though, we live in a flat on top floor, our balcony has a collection of many plants. This time jasmine flowers are spreading their smiles. Personally, I can't imagine life without  trees and plants.

I can't either Harish; you might say this is my biggest entertainment; plants and the outdoors!

Absolutely, Jackie! Nature adorns a house to make it a home.

Not only does it add color, it creates a better habitat for everything from flowers, shrubs, trees, butterflies, birds, animals and mammals. To get away from a sterile grass and chemical lawn is a step back towards an Eden-like 3rd Rock from our Sun...

Definitely!  The picture above with the pink flowers and pathway proves it.  I love the English gardens around the house.  My husband love grass and trimmed bushes.

I do too; the English garden is so tranquil!

It most definitely does. I like the rose pink roses and stone pathway that leads up to the cottage that's painted in light pink and white with the bit of blue. The trims and little heart shape in the window completes the perfect picture.

At this I'm enjoying the tulips, daffodils and Hyacinths that's coming into blooms all around at the moment, it does uplift one's spirit.

It really does and spring after spring and summer after summer who ever can get tired of them? They are always a welcome sight.
