What percentage of humans do you believe exist at a level of lower consciousness? Furthermore,
how is this world a reflection of this lower state of consciousness?
What an odd question Grace. Please define the parameters of 'lower consciousness.'
Existing in a state of negativity, being only concerned with the basest, lowest human qualities. & attributes.
Grace
I didn't even come close, and yet now that I know, I am less able to answer the ?
within those parameters, I would say somewhere between all the people 50% of the time and 50% of people all of the time. The world as each individual perceives it is a reflection of their own polarity. Living people shift polarities all the time.
Hi Grace , I believe that we as writers and readers and appreciators of the arts , for one , are rather alone in the world , who knows about the actual level of depth , I have met people who seem oblivious to many things , certainly by those even standing beside them , or by someone's smile , or even a touch , a kind word or a greeting . There is a huge percentage of our earthy human population that are oblivious to much , to what or to how much is a big question . You may have just asked the perfectly unanswerable question !
An interesting way to look into this is to ask ourselves, what percentage of the time are we operating at a lower consciousness. As hard as we may try the day to day sucks us into the state of lack of awareness.
Grace
I don't know what lower level means. I couldn't possibly try to guess about 7 billion people in the world. So without a limiting context for the ?, I would say as an example most of the loyal party voters. My point is that most people have different areas where they are in zombie mode, but they can be in high level in other areas.
Joshua
Not on religion and politics, especially the loyal party voter.
I would say meth addicts because they can only 'think' for the next three seconds looking for their 'next hit'. I call them zombies because the thinking part of the brain that make us human is no longer functioning and they are no longer social integrated. Of course a zombie would not have the self awareness that they are one and if you asked a meth addict how they are doing, they would say "OK".

A few weeks ago I asked what I thought was quite a serious, searching question about the existence of God, and was rather disappointed when it got a very limited response. (This could have been because we were all wrestling this other equally important issues at the time.)Peter Lopez made a valiant...

Do you believe that the concepts of SIN and EVIL are a man-made religious concepts used asa guilt inducing means to control the masses and making them subservient to a religious authority? Or do you strongly believe that sin and evil exist in ACTUALITY and REALITY?
