   What is Obstruction of Justice? And what is "under investigation"?
   
   If a person is said to be under investigation that is too much Hollywood. People are not crimes. (imagine calling an immigrant a crime) Acts of questionable nature get investigated. People do not get investigated unless something is wrong with the investigator.
   Obstruction of Justice is found at 18 USC 1500 et sec. The person you report such to is your boss. Not congress or a friend. Trump was Comey's boss. The buck stops there. A chief executive of the investigating agency cannot commit obstruction of justice for directing the agency. And Trump was not under investigation. Not Trump, the law.

   For some reason - I don't think he is correct. What about Nixon? 
   
   On July 27, 29, and 30, 1974, the Committee approved three articles of impeachment against Nixon, for obstruction of justice, abuse of power, and contempt of Congress.

      That is really a great response. Yes they were idiots to approve the OofJ The others may have stuck had Tricky Dick not resigned. We will never know. Clinton's had wording like that also. Senate has never convicted an elected official.

   Obstruction of Justice is to prevent the "the proper compensation for actions" from being administered, something the government has continued to do, it appears after understanding the constitution's spirit, since the foundation of the "Supreme Law of the Land." It demands "perfecting the Union" while it has practice dividing the union more and more; "establishing Justice" but doesn't appear to know what the word means; "insure domestic Tranquility" while the government bullies the people; "provide for the common defence" while killing We The People to enter war; "promote the general Welfare" while allowing disallowing healing of We The People to enrich drug makers and "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity" while enslaving more and more by unconstitutionally forcing slavery and servitude in prisons while none of those things are happening here.
   
   "Under Investigation" means an inquiry has began on top of "a subject or matter" to comb through it and end on the bottom for throughly comprehending whether any infractions violating to the laws governing it has been breached.

      Elijah I really like your constitutional mindset. To be honest I pretty much enjoy gov. vs gov. I like it when the sinners cast stones. What hypocrites this generation. That which is the construct of law must also deal with crappy precedents.

      Thanks, Eric. After being arrested & found guilty without cause I sought how to correct it, went to the US Supreme court to no avail is what made me seek understanding it. for me, the price to learn it was worth the understanding I've gotten from

      Elijah, when I was getting a degree in Philosophy I had to take 15 units in math. When I was studying business I had to take courses in pre-law.
      The disciplines need understanding of the particular logic/rules. Same for grammar and writing.

      You got schooled in those disciplines, as an early "Indigo child" (IC) I completed high school and didn't obtain writing disciplines because I only did enough for a diploma. Philosophy and math are inborn in ICs so that comes easy to us.

   Off the cuff obstruction of justice is preventing righteousness. Under investigation to me means facts are being sought about something/person(s) pertaining to an objective/goal with criteria/parameters and not conclusions unless asked. That is based on experience. One part of my job for 15+ years was investigating for a corporation.

      So cool Tim. It is like religion. It seems all religious. But in fact faith must have a logic to it. The law puts a logic to it. And so do corporations which I learned doing restructuring to avoid Bankruptcy. By getting the logic I saved some corps.
