      Hi there, welcome to HubPages.
      
      First of all, the famous quote is by Lao Tzu.
      
      Secondly, you need to make sure that all your writing is 100% connected to the title. You have a lot of backstory, a diversion into 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' and 'aloneness in our society'. None of this is relevant to 'why traveling alone is good for the soul'. D'you see what I mean?
      
      When writing an article, decide your topic, then your title (you can always tweak it later). Then come up with four or five sub-headings. These must be completely on-topic. They are the framework for the article.
      
      You will need an introduction to tell the readers what the article is about. That first sentence is your one chance, after the title, to grab your reader's attention and make them keep reading. If you go off on an unrelated ramble, you've lost them. You don't have to write the intro first. Sometimes it's better to write it after you've finished the main body of the article.
      
      Now, go and write why traveling alone is good for the soul because, as far as I can see, you haven't actually told us yet.

      You have a few subheadings, but I think breaking up the content a little more would make the article a much easier read. People have short attention spans. If they want to scan your article and make sense of it, they can't with the current subheadings.

   Alberto, you have an interesting topic, and your experience as a youth is interesting. However, if people are looking for some soul food and don’t find any, it could be disappointing. Here are some suggestions…
   
   First, you might consider categories; it grabs people’s interest more effectively. For instance, you could have a title such as, “Traveling Alone- 5 Benefits for the Soul.” If I were writing on this subject, I might have categories like, 1) Quiet for Prayer 2) Space to Think Better 3) More Opportunities to Meet New People 4) Getting in Touch with Self 5) Space to Unwind Without Pressure to Entertain. However, your categories will likely be different.
   
   Secondly, add some more images to enhance the article, such as a person in a kayak, or walking down a trail, riding a bike…alone. “A picture is worth a thousand words,” as the saying goes. Pixabay is a good site for such images.
   
   Thirdly, add more substance. Some people may like skimpy articles, but I prefer some meat. For instance, you could develop the strand on “Why society thinks solitude is bad,” or develop what psychologists or wise teachers say about the benefits of being alone. You’re off to a good start, keeping working on it!
