Map capsule not working

    I have tried inserting a map capsule twice into a new article and it simply is not working.  I tried it yesterday as well as today.

      Sometimes I've found it a little slow, but so far I've managed to get it working eventually.

    I just tested it and it works for me with Safari. What browser are you using? Did you try using a different browser? Try also clearing the cache and rebooting your computer.

    I have an article open for editing in both Safari on my iPad and Chrome on my Windows laptop. The map capsule is working fine on the iPad, but it isn't working on the laptop.

      Linda, Do you have another browser on your laptop that you can try? Maybe the problem is with Chrome. I'm curious to see if Peggy is also using Chrome. Waiting for her reply.

    Hi Glenn,

    I am using Firefox.  I will try clearing my cache to see if that works or if not I'll try another browser.  Thanks!

    I cleared my Firefox cache and now the map capsule works.  Thanks for your help in diagnosing the problem.

    I cannot add any locations to new maps I have inserted into articles. Clearing the cache/rebooting and even using Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and IE all fail.
