   Hi Hubbers,
   
   I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? It was suggested that it could be spammy.. not sure what I have in my article to indicate anything spammy. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!

      Several issues, I think.
      
      You need to get rid of those Amazon capsules. They are your 'spammy elements'. It is better to use inline text links for Amazon products... and that means the item has to form part of your writing. You need to show that you are familiar with the product and why it is essential to the topic.
      
      There is weird capitalisation going on in the poll.
      
      You've cited yourself as the source of the images: did you create them/photograph them? If they have come from elsewhere, you need to make sure they have an appropriate license.
      
      The topic is saturated, i.e. there are zillions of similar articles on the web about keto already. In fact, Hubpages and Caloriebee probably have a ton. Therefore, you have to make sure yours goes above and beyond your competition.
      
      Also, weight loss and nutrition are usually covered by 'experts'. If you have any related qualifications, add them to the article bio.

      I think the Amazon capsules are probably a major problem. You don't describe the books or their writers or give your opinion about the books.
      
      You should provide authoritative references for the information in the article because you've written about health. It would also be a good idea to proofread the second paragraph in the article.

   I took a quick look: You have grammar and punctuation errors and incomplete sentences. For example, the "1920's" - "1920s." Also, I noticed some of your content is on other sites about the keto diet. HP frowns on that as well. The articles need to be original all the way through.
