It seems that the New York Times believe President Donald Trump has handled the Covid 19 pandemic well.
This is from the New York Times.
NYT: Experts Confident Pandemic To Be Over ‘Far Sooner’ Than Expected, Trump Efforts ‘Working With Remarkable Efficiency’
“A new report from The New York Times indicates that experts have “genuine confidence” that the coronavirus pandemic will end “far sooner” than originally expected and that President Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed — the administration’s efforts to facilitate and accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics — has been “working with remarkable efficiency.”

Sometimes the truth is just too true for the media to spin or ignore it!
I agree with you.
I'm sure the left will try and spin this in some way as something negative about President Donald Trump. I do believe, it will be a challenge for them.
I would suggest actually reading the NYT article.
Did you read the NYT article?
The article says something different. Only explains (from studies in India), that "herd immunity" is working from 40% to 50% up. Initially it was considered to need 60% to 70% as R0 factor was in the range 3 for all outbreaks (If 1 infects 3 others, then you need 2 of the 3 to be immune, to get R0 below 1. And this is 66% herd immunity, quod erat demonstrandum).
NYT refers to recent studies that show other influences reduce this herd immunity effectivness to less than 50%.
Conclusions (NYT from August) about New York (low infections) are questionable, if you look at recent October figures.
No spin. Nothing political. This study and herd immunity reference applies to all countries on our planet, not just the US.

First, it's really too early to tell, so this is entirely speculation.Second, I honestly think there wasn't/isn't much President Trump can do to stop the spread of a virus of this type. Sure, not cutting funding for the agencies tasked with solving such crises is one thing he could have done, but...

This forum is to catalogue the many lies, distortions, deceptions, and misinformation Donald Trump has made about his administration's effort to combat the coronavirus. He is doing his damnedest to make you think is doing a 10 out of 10 job when, in fact, it is more like 3 or 4 out of 10...

Last night President Biden told U.S. states on Thursday to make all adults eligible for a coronavirus vaccine by May 1 and urged Americans to stay vigilant or face more restrictions, hours after he signed a $1.9 trillion stimulus bill into law. Patting himself on the back for the latest...

Will Biden's Party choose to keep him out of the debates rather than have him go through the rigors of elucidating his public policy proposals, etc., in a formal debate against Trump, in lieu of recent polls in which up to 55% of Democrat voters believe Joe Biden may be in the early stages of...
