         Meanwhile, here's my suggestion for you: study the Learning Center, which you can access by clicking on Help, top right. There's a lot of information there so you can understand what is required of writers.
         
         Your article (the joke one) won't be acceptable on HubPages without a lot of work. There are many grammatical issues and the subject matter is thin.

      I have found someone here with a phrase that I couldn't understand before.  I googled it, tried hard to capture the true meaning but all in vain. Can you please help me out in this regard? Now, I want to know that when to use this phrase.

            Yeah, I know, but I have heard this phrase somewhere else as well but couldn't grab the full meaning. So we use it in funny situations? Like someone who doesn't know what to write and how to write. That's why he said so. Thank you bravewarrior for your time.

               Indeed. You should use it when you have no idea what someone is saying. So if they say something perplexing, just respond with, "My hovercraft is full of eels."
