My heart goes out to joe biden. He is a man who had cognitive decline and now we know he had cancer. IF he had a caring family they wouldn't have put him through the rigors of being president. His staff should all be investigated for covering up his health.
"Biden's cancer diagnosis raises fresh questions about his health in White House
...Dr Ezekiel Emanuel, an oncologist who worked as a Covid adviser to the Biden White House, was among those claiming that Biden probably had been ill with cancer for some time, without necessarily knowing it.
"He did not develop in the last 100, 200 days. He had it while he was president," he told MSNBC's Morning Joe show. "He probably had it at the start of his presidency in 2021. Yes, I don't think there's any disagreement about that."
"I would assume the former president gets a very thorough physical every year," Dr Chris George of the Northwestern Health Network told Reuters. "It's sort of hard for me to believe that he's had a (blood test) within the past year that was normal."
However, Dr Robert Figlin, interim director of Cedars-Sinai Cancer, told the BBC that the aggressive way Biden's cancer had presented was not that unusual. And he warned critics against "assuming that somehow something was missed along the way".

Joe Biden was never diagnosed with prostate cancer until last week, and the last time he was screened for it was more than a decade ago, a spokesperson for the former president said Tuesday.
“President Biden’s last known PSA was in 2014. Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer,” the spokesperson said.
Screening for prostate cancer often involves a prostate-specific antigen, or PSA, test, which measures the level of protein produced by the prostate and could indicate potential disease. The test has a high proportion of false positives, and the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force does not recommend it for men 70 and older since they are more likely to die of other medical conditions than prostate cancer.
Biden, 82, had his last PSA 11 years ago.
In recent years, doctors have increasingly begun screening for the disease in older patients. President Donald Trump, 78, received a PSA screening as recently as this year, according to medical records released by the White House.
"I would assume the former president gets a very thorough physical every year," Dr Chris George of the Northwestern Health Network told Reuters. "It's sort of hard for me to believe that he's had a (blood test) within the past year that was normal."
Patients with prostate cancer having aggressive clinical features may benefit from treatment of their prostate cancer well into their eighth and ninth decades of life. Testing and diagnostic recommendations should reflect the potential benefit of identifying patients with aggressive prostate cancer even after age 75.

The fact that Trump had a test and Biden did not might is probably just another sign of his dementia.
You do know that any medical test is optional for anyone, right? Even a president.
You do know that the PSA is non-invasive? All you have to do is check a box and it will be added to your screening.
It is not expensive and certainly would not cost him anything. You and other US taxpayers would pay for it. The only reason he would not have it done is he is not able to understand that it should be done.
Doesn't matter if it's invasive or not. A lot of people don't want to test for certain things because they simply don't want to know the outcome... Either because they fear the diagnosis or they know in their mind that the course of treatment is something they aren't interested in.
Yes, you are right, if he knew two years ago that he had cancer (he said he did when he gave his speech about the oil on the windshields in the morning) then it is possible he did not want to hear more bad news. A lot of us prefer to die with our boots on, but fortunately most of us do not have over 300 million people depending on us.

The incidence of prostate cancer increases dramatically with age. However, many health authorities advocate the cessation of routine prostate cancer testing in men older than 75 because of the belief that most patients will have a clinically insignificant cancer and will not benefit from therapy...
Our findings suggest that the prevalence of clinically significant prostate cancer in the elderly population may be higher than previously thought. As the population continues to live longer and healthier lives, it will become more common to confront prostate cancer morbidity in the eldery population. Using higher serum PSA thresholds to eliminate unnecessary biopsies in older men does not appear to help identify patients at greater risk of having clinically significant prostate cancer...
Many practitioners have adopted an age threshold of 70 or 75 to stop serum PSA testing and prostate biopsy because they believe that such men are not likely to live another 10 years. Furthermore, many urologists have adopted higher serum PSA thresholds or take a less aggressive stance toward biopsy and treatment of prostate cancer in older men. Some authors have even suggested that screening for prostate cancer is currently overused in elderly men.2 In August of 2008, the US Preventive Services Task Force recommendation statement was updated to read as follows:
Current evidence is insufficient to assess the balance of benefits and harms of screening for prostate cancer in men younger than age 75 years (I statement). Do not screen for prostate cancer in men age 75 years or older (Grade D recommendation).3
It is widely believed that men aged 75 or older should not be routinely screened for prostate cancer.2–5 A national survey found that less than 58% of primary care physicians and less than 50% of urologists routinely perform PSA tests in healthy men over the age of 75.7 The decision of which patients to biopsy is largely left up to the treating urologist. Less than 13% of urologists surveyed felt that men over the age of 75 with a serum PSA level between 4 and 10 μg/L should undergo prostate biopsy.7
So, what the spokesperson for the former president said makes sense and appears to be true. Thanks for the link.
While I’m not a supporter of Joe Biden politically, I’m an RN and a human being first. Hearing about a stage 4 cancer diagnosis is always heartbreaking, no matter who it happens to. It’s a life-altering moment that hits like a wave out of nowhere. I truly wouldn’t wish that kind of news on anyone. I hope he finds strength and comfort in the days ahead and receives the care and support he needs during this incredibly difficult time.
Shar,
I agree with you but that is not the point.
The point is that he had to have had cancer during the majority of his presidency and the democrats hid it. They ignored his cognitive issues.
The democrats are guilty of a cover-up of massive proportions and the liberal press was their willing accomplices.
They have got to be some of the most inhumane people to put a man in his 80s with cancer and suffering cognitive issues in the public stage and then tell everyone they did not see what they saw.
His wife is a power-hungry egotist and his son is a drug addict.
They got him to try and run for a second term. He was in no way physically fit to do such a thing. That is when reality hit them real hard and they ran the cackling hen and captain brain dead for office.
His family didn't care what running for a second term would have done to him. To even attempt to get biden to run for a second term was pure and simple elder abuse.
Pure speculation. We have a man currently "running" this country who believes gas is $1.99...
