Deleting Hubs

   Should I or shouldn't I delete hubs that are not doing so well? If yes what length of time would you give a hub to make the grade so to speak?

      You've only been here 4 weeks, so it's far too soon to decide what's doing well and what's not.  Your early traffic is nearly all from other Hubbers.  You need to wait until you're getting most of your traffic from search engines, then you can see which ones are earning and which aren't.  Give it six months at least.

   In my view I would not worry about  until you get known around the traps(hubpages).  I have only deleted a couple in two years.
   Mostly though I try to editing them to try and improve them.  By the way I've just looked at a couple of yours and they apear pretty good !

   What could you possibly gain from deleting hubs?  If they're not doing well, change them or ignore them.  A deleted hub has no value to you while one left up has the potential to earn.

   I would definitely just edit them, or maybe delete, then repost, with edits that you think were necessary. A new start.

   Try unpublishing then doing some editing first. You can change things like your title or add/revise text and you can try adding some media like videos or pictures.
   
   see if there is anything that stands out as to why a hub may not be preforming as well as others and try to fix it. Maybe see how other hubbers layout and setup a hub and try to use a similar format. You may be surprised how a few simple changes can help a struggling hub

   I have some hubs that receives very little traffic, and almost deleted them, until I realized that the few clicks they had gotten where worth far more than the clicks received on my high traffic hubs.
   
   I have not a clue what that is all about, but because of it, I leave the low preforming/related add hubs alone.

   Don't delete them, don't even unpublish them.  Go in and edit.  Work on the title first.  Use Google adwords for title help.  Make sure you have good tags.  Keep working on the ones that have low traffic until they get better.

      Good advice.  I've noticed several people talking about unpublishing before they edit - I never do.  It's unnecessary - just edit.
      
      As for writers "not darnig to go back to correct the mistakes they made before they knew better" - well, Charm, I agree that's just dumb.  Of course you should go back and improve your Hubs as you learn more!

    Greetings - I agree with letting the hubs that don't perform well sit and marinate.  You never know, you could do well by going back to modify them, but using a different approach. 
    
    There have been times that I have went to a low performing hub and cut out a section to use in a related hub.  In fact, I plan on doing that kind of "spring cleaning" with all my hubs.  I know everyone has their own take on things, and some writers wouldn't dare go back to correct the mistakes they made before they knew better.  But while I still have all kinds of fresh new stuff to write about - I have some darn good material already out there that I KNOW could be performing a lot better.
    
    I'm going back to cut some of those looooooooong hubs down, get rid of some of those zillions of links that land on low performing pages with a less than a "0" page rank!  I mean I could go on about what's wrong with at least half of my hubs from a monetizing perspective.  So needless to say, you guys know what my New Year's resolution is!!! 
    
    This is why I don't do well with backlinks - too damn long winded - LOL
