      First , think of something that rhmes with the numbers.
      
      e.g 1 bun 2 shoe 3 tree 4 door 5 hive  6 sticks 7 heaven 8 gate 9 wine.etc. Then make a story. e.g I was eating a bun,(1) walked through a door (4), picked up another bun,(1) got stung by a bee( hive   5)put some wine(9) on my cheek which fell on my shoe (2), got angry and picked up a stick(6), hit hive (5) and ran back through door(4).
