   I hope they catch the idiot criminals who did it and lock them up for a long time. The protesters seemed pretty well behaved although a couple of the signs didn't help their cause.

   yes, what we say and in our signs matters.  I am striving for waking up to the need for unity and common ground, not opposition, agitation or violence... that is what i look to in learning more about the Constitution and what our Republic is suppose to look like, and in how people act toward each other.

   *sigh* Why does everything have to be a label? Why "us" and "them"? When are people going to get the simple fact that we're PEOPLE? Violent, loving, smart, stupid, big, small, liberal, conservative....flawed...people.
   
   These sorts of things come out of the human condition...not the labels people place on one another. If it hadn't been "Palin buttons" it would be something else.
   
   *sigh* Never mind. It's just a waste of time. And I've got other things to do.
