I have a lot of writing that I never used elsewhere that I'd like to use it to create different hubs.
Would I incur any type of penalty for uploading 10 or more hubs in a day?
Thanks
SHannon
Absolutely not. New Hubs start with a low Hubscore, but that's not important.
Taking a look at your Hubs, though, they are on the short side for Hubs. I know I'm talking to a professional writer so it shouldn't be a problem to add more material.
The most successful Hubs are 800 to 1500 words. The alternative is to write a few Hubs each of 400 to 500 words and interlink them.
Do some reading about how to Hub - Darkside has some great Hubs on the topic, and I wrote a Hub on optimizing your Hubs - you'll find it on my profile.
That should not be any problem. Their only flagging system is for duplicate content, spam, and other inappropriate content. Posting many hubs quickly is not considered spamming, in and of itself.
I don't think there is any limit, unless you are are being overly-promotional (multiple links that you have any interest in promoting --your blog, your Website, affiliate offers, etc.)
However, you may want to start with a few and see if the feedback is warning you about TOS problems, etc. I personally think you will get more hubbers reading if they don't see dozens by the same author coming up all at once, but that is your choice
If you have done your homework, go right ahead. Have fun.
Thanks for the comments. They won't be coming super fast and furious, as I still have to format them and make it look right in HP. I also have other things to take care of.
But I'm going to go ahead and get to work.
Love,
Shannon
I wrote 100 hubs in 2 months, so I don't think this is a problem.
I did notice that my hubscore dips when I write new articles, so don't worry about that!
Thank you for asking that question and thanks too those of you who answered it.
As long as they're good and unique, I'd say the more hubs the merrier... no matter how fast or how slow.
Now I'd better get to work myself.
I think many writers write offline before they publish it online...so no worries!
Go for it! I wrote 21 hubs last week... I'm slowing down a bit now, merely to see how many hits they get off search engines and if I can/should improve them.
As long as they are good quality and not duplicate content, the more hubs you write, the faster you write them - the more money you can eventually make if you stick with it!
My experience for what it is worth is this. Initially I added a number of hubs very quickly - however, I then realised that many were not of good quality - so I deleted them - I now focus as best I can on writing good and interesting hubs - I also find that when you take your time and focus on quality rather than quantity your readers get a chance to follow you better - I have put a good deal of work into my Hub on the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier and in 7 days it has had over 400 hits - I am not really bothered about the hits as much as I am about getting the story out there - I hope this has been of help - so quality as best you can

After reading every post, every article, etc... on the subject matter I thought I'd start a post with arguments against Amazon being the source of the free fall in traffic that many of us experienced last week as I don't believe it is the problem. (I can't say 100% for sure).1.) Many hubbers which...

Had never done a “sales” hub before so decided to try. Have tweaked and tweaked this hub but it still keeps on being not featured due to quality. Getting a little T’d . . . http://geminifox.hubpages.com/hub/Green … t-Friendly- Have every single one of the “goal” (attributes) boxes ticked off...

I would like to make a suggestion to the TEAM here on HUB Pages. I feel that it would be a positive improvement here on the HUB, if all of the activity that is perpetuated by Hubbers, were made known. For instance... apparently - anyone can go around giving thumbs UP or DOWN to a fellow...

I was on another thread and someone said many people sign up on HubPages, but very few go on to write a substantial number of quality Hubs.I wonder why this is and what HubPages can do to encourage people to stay on and improve their Hubs, which seems to be what they want. All my Hubs were recently...

Will having too many comments posted on a hub be a cause for concern? Could too many comments make a hub less google worthy? I have one hub with over 200 and that seems excessive.
