    I made a question on Hubpages : Why people are Negative? http://kenabladel.hubpages.com/question … e-negative

And know i wanted to know what you do to stay positive. In every aspects of your life including what do you tend to talk about, is it positive or not, or what do you say. Do you motivate people to pursue their dreams, make their on mistakes and learn for them or you just low their confidence, make them have doubt about their success....? Health, kids, self esteem. What do you do or what attitudes make you be positive. Do let yourself get influenced by the bad news? The media?

This is for negative people also, even if they don't admit it and say that they're just realistic.

I would like you to say anything, things that you would've done different, what do you think about our society in levels of positivism... What do you think you can do more to be more happier... What were your dreams when you were young, more positive, free... Spill it out, everything, anything. Thanks

After commenting read this hub... It's just simple and fantastic and an inspiration that we should have every day of our lives: http://hareshpahuja.hubpages.com/hub/Th … t-10815944

Many Years ago I learned the value of having a positive outlook and attitude to life, but it took a while before I learned how to maintain the feeling.... sad

I found the answer for me was... finding the most positive person I knew at the time and asking them to kick my butt as hard and as positively as they could!  lol

And today... well I have learned to adjust positively to any situation that doesn't require that I sit down! smile

And... I got great satisfaction from the fact that I never, ever gave back her shoe!  big_smile

I used to just chill and have fun with my mates (does not have to include lots of alcohol but mostly it includes lots of alcohol and drunken adventures). Chill with people I love, my parents (not for too long), my siblings (until they start irritating me). Chase after girls (get excited during the chase and if i'm successful during the courtship I get super happy, if not I get super sad and start again). I go to the gym (always makes me happy even when I am feeling the gym pain and people are calling me a douchebag).

I do things I want to do, smile and be friendly to those who treat others well ( I'm a bastard to those who are stuck up and treat others badly). Being a bastard makes me happy as well. I say what I want to say when I want to say it, and mostly do crazy unpredictable things because the moment calls for such actions.

that's just being honest! One of the things that we all have to do. WE shouldn't keep feelings, thoughts about other person insides us, just spill it out in her face, and that's it: clean consciousness.
