You are not feeling disturbed. You are probably feeling anxious or scared, particularly is you your left alone a lot as a infant.
But when you think about it you are not alone. You are with yourself.!
I don't feel disturbed when I am alone. I am as happy in my own company as I am with others.
when we are by ourselves, our mind tends to find the solutions to our problems that otherwise do not nag as much as we are distracted.
Being with myself, I see all the anxiety building up to solve every problem in my life and when I cannot, I start feeling disturbed.
Also speaking is your vent for your innerself. if you do not speak (like if you do not use restroom), the toxic stuff starts building up and starts nagging you.
Yes if you pto-actively focus on your needs and your actions, this disturbance is minimized
It would seem to me that if we are disturbed when alone, it could be for several reasons. One of them being insecurity. Being secure in ourselves and who we are makes us feel better when we are alone. Alone time for some is cherished as life can be hectic. Knowing that we are never really alone, that God is with us always is something we don't think about. You must choose to be happy instead of disturbed, calm instead of anxious, the Bible helps us not to feel alone. God is always there with us and for us.

You had no right to take him. To steal his breath, torture his body with pain. Tell me why. You had no right to leave me alone. To rip my aching heart into. Tell me why. You had no right to tell me you loved me. you died for me on the cross. Tell me why. You had no right to then shatter my soul...

The reality is that we are alone in this eternal, dark, and cold universe. Why can't we accept this reality? Death is the end. There is no heaven, and there is no hell. We do not need religion in order to have a purpose in life. The purpose is to survive and not harm...
