How do you unwind after a particularly stressful day?
Back in the day (pre-kids) it was a lot of loud fast and aggresive music. Today, it is an hour to myself at night to read alone. Although, when the days are REALLY bad, a glass of vodka on the rocks doesn't hurt either! LOL.
Abbated - the punching bag sounds REAL good! Wonder if I could talk my husband into installing one in our basement!
I lift. it releases stress and makes me healthy and stronger and bigger, all good things!:]
MUSIC! Different kinds of music for different kinds of stress. It helps to dance along too.
mine is writting it takes me away from what im stressing about and allows me to make something productive of out my stress

There are times that I get frustrated or angry that I want to punch someone. But I don't like hurting people so I punch a wall. Anyone else have that feeling as well?
