I think enough. Last month i loss my weight 7 pound only workout some tools in my home as easy as 20+ minutes per day.
Well it depends upon your goals, if your goals are just to stay fit then I would say 20 minutes a day is enough. If you are planning on gaining some muscle mass while staying fit and lean then 30 to 45 minutes of weight training 3 to 4 days a week and cardio for 20-30 minutes 2 times a week will be enough.
It honestly depends on your own goals. Any type of exercise for 20 minutes a day can lead to more than just physical health benefits.
For example, exercising can also provide mental health benefits. Exercising can help fight against depression and stress, improve memory and thinking, boost your overall mood, energy, and self-confidence.
The best part is, this can really apply to any exercise, from cardio to yoga to just stretching.
I think its not enough, need to have healthy food also

Just walking for 15 minutes every day and not getting additional physical activities is unlikely to result in significant weight loss. Yet, this short daily exercise, however, is still healthier than none or being sedentary. A little exercise daily can boost your health and overall well-being in many ways. As a result of the research, the organization made several recommendations. They advised that you get between 150 and 250 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each week to lose weight. 1 That's roughly 15 to 20 minutes of exercise per day to lose weight. But they also state that more is better.
