Any home tip for removing teeth stains?
I have anemia and i am eating beet root daily for it on one of the hubber's advice. But i am noticing that my teeth are getting stained yellowish brown with it .I am using mouthwash and whitening tooth paste but any home tip for it would be great as my gums are very sensitive to mouthwash.
Use common salt (fine powered) which we use for cooking mixed with small amount of mustard oil ( used for cooking). Make a paste and gently rub your teeth and gums.
Before going to bed gently massage your gums with fingers ( not teeth). Do not use any paste. You can do this exercise 2/3 times a week as it would improve blood circulation.
I remember as a kid , we used to take a piece of Sugarcane, and it used to whiten our teeth,
My Grandma use to used Baking Soda and she said works, and also Hydrogen Peroxide!
