    In one way or another yes, as Laughter is the best medicine!  A smile on our faces, a twinkle in our eyes,  a happy go lucky nature.  So even a giggle will suffice.

    Laughter is known to be one of the best medicines and once you look at the benefits of laughing I would say that it is an important part of life. First of all laughing relaxes your muscles, releases good endorphins into your brain that cause a chemical reaction that can help you to feel good. Also laughter is well known to reduce stress and improve your overall mental health. Studies have shown that people who have a lower stress level tend to have a higher metabolism and a stronger immune system. So to recap laughter decreases stress, relaxes your muscles, improves overall mental health, improves immune system, and increases metabolism for a healthier weight. So go ahead and find something to laugh about, because life is too short not to.

    If you want to live a happier and healthier life then laughter is a great factor to have in your life. In my opinion its is definitely necessary for all of us for this reason.

    No it is not always necessary, but it is nice to laugh sometimes. Going through life without feeling good and finding humor makes life that much more difficult.
