3 things I do:
1. I eat a diet high in protein/fat and low in carbs/alcohol.
2. I sleep or take some naps.
3. I do cardio exercises such as speed walking or hiking or swimming.
If I am extremely tired but need to keep going, I drink two glasses of water and then have a power nap with my feet in an elevated position.

A 20-minute nap usually helps after work. It's also important to get anywhere from 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. If I sleep more or less than that then I'm likely to feel even more groggy.
Diet definately makes a difference. Avoid processed foods and choose a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Lean meat, poultry and fish. Low fat dairy and yogurt is a must. Lots of water too. If you are not active work your way up to at least a 30 minute walk daily and you should start noticing a difference.

How do you keep up your energy?I've tried vitamins, energy drinks, coffee, and more...even exercise...to fight fatigue and help myself feel more energized. None of that seems to work very well. Or maybe I just don't stick with any of it enough. haha. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
