What are the best exercises that people with Purpura (ITP) can do to loose weight??
Blood vessels are very thin and easily break with Purpura. Purpura patients may want to loose some more weight - what are the best exercises suited for them?
Of course you would need to avoid any kind of contact sports/exercises for risk of injury and bleeding. I would recommend riding a bike, swimming or even walking. I would also recommend consulting your doctor before you start any exercise routine.
I suppose anything that is non-contact. You run the risk of falling off a bike. What about swimming, it is very gentle, good exercise and you can tailor it to be as hard or easy as you like it - but yes, contact a doctor first, please.
