   I am not a coffee person but that being said I must have my caffine! So I start my day with soda. I know, I know that is a bad habit my Mother has told me so time and time again. But I promise you, you do not want to see me without my caffine.

   With coffee, I know, probably not good, but that's what I do. I grind the beans myself, have maybe 2 cups max.

   Coffeeeeeeeeeee! Without it I am only half a man. And I am so bad I not only start my sentences with an "and" but I also have to have Peet's coffee, all others are substandard. I use milk and not creamer and only natural, raw honey for sweetener. I am indeed a coffee snob.

    The music first, then clean the room. I normally have coffee or tea after breakfast, due to I can't have it with empty stomach (less healthy). All these things are based on the first principle: get up early!!! Chinese saying, "Make your whole year's plan in spring, and your day's plan early in the morning." My mum had kept me in this living habit since my childhood.

       Wow, that is some wisdom! I have recently discovered that I make my best plans when I am in the best mood and that's when I have the most hope, so I love the planning in Spring idea.

    i start my day with a cup of milk, bread or biscuits and down with house hold chores. I would like to start with a glass of water to flush out the toxin in the body but could make it a good practice.

       I know tea is healthy, but I have tried three times to drink tea, and have found it's just not for me.
