What is the best position for sleeping?
Is it better to sleep on your back, stomach or side for health reasons or a better night's sleep?
I am an ayurveda doctor and as per ayurveda best position .for sleeping is sleep on your left side. If you are not comfortable with it then you can sleep on your back.
But never slep on your stomach
The left side is my preferred sleeping position but I guess whatever one is comfortable with. Is there a reason ayurveda says it is the best position?
wait, i will write a hub shortly about it.
I always sleep on my side curled up in a ball in the corner of my bed. I also wake up with a sore neck and sore shoulders so I don't think it is a very healthy position.
With your arm round your lover if ones lucky enough to have one.

What side of your body do you like to sleep on?I sleep on my right side and that seems more comfortable. When I sleep on my left side,my heart beat seems to vibrate through the bed structure, making it sound ominous.
