I like to sleep with what is called a "dutch wife" which is sometimes called a sausage pillow. So, I sleep on my side if I can.

I find sleeping on my stomach is the most comfortable position for me. It is a lot better than sleeping face up ( little joke). Thanks for your question.

I have to fall asleep on my right side, but my partner often says I end up sleeping on my back. I cannot sleep on my stomach - I'd fear of suffocation!

I sleep in my chair. I'm uncomfortable not in my bed, but the room - power lines is my theory (EMF). When I sleep on the couch it is my side.

I lie on my left side in a sort of fetal position. I cannot get to sleep in any other position.

Actually, I have trouble sleeping in any position due to my chronic back pain. I also suffer sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
The best position for me is on my side. The only way to get any sleep at all.
My pain will drive me out of bed early every morning. I would love to be able to sleep in on any given day - just can't do it. so sad really. lol

I like being on my belly, but as soon as sleep paralysis kicks in, I find it uncomfortable and roll over into foetus style sleep mode.
