The best way to lose weight without dieting or exercise is to give up sweet drinks and meat.
Meat from supermarkets comes from intense stock farming (those that do not use land to rear animals). Such meat is not fit for human consumption, it makes you fat and is actually very dangerous to your health. Those animals are fed inappropriate G.M. corn when they were born to eat grass. They have hardly walked a step in their lives, except for walking from their metal enclosures, so narrow, they cannot even turn around in them, into an over-crowded truck towards the abattoir. So you tell me, where is the quality of their muscle tissue?

To make up for the lack of decent food and exercise, the animals are injected with antibiotics, hormones and steroids to make their meat bigger, for bigger profits. That bigness, when consumed by humans, makes us humans bigger and fatter without ever getting proper nutrition. If your body lacks vital nutrients it craves for more food. Hence the food addiction and the obesity pandemic.

Thank you lot. YOU understand my question.
On meat your observation is right.

When I stopped eating meat, sweets, diary, and cooked foods 2 years ago, I lost 30 pounds in 3-4 months without regular exercise. I only ate fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, and one day a week I ate cooked food in moderation. It is hard to stick too but the weight came off easily. I also did this on top of having hypothyroidism and not being able to loose weight easily. Hope this helps and you have a wonderful day!

Eating natural foods without GMOs is the best route to take. However, I disagree with leaving out protein. Though proteins can be found in most food categories, they are not enough for your body to sustain healthily. Organic and grass-fed meats are the best protein sources, and your body relies on the protein that comes from meat. They include essential amino acids that can't be found in other foods. For a great resource in finding healthy meats, you can check out this website: http://www.eatwild.com/ . It's a directory of finding local farmers who produce organic and grass-fed meats. If you absolutely are against wild game, then I would suggest including organic poultry and wild fish for your protein sources.

There is no such way. I HAVE TO eat healthy and do exercises to burn fat. If you believe in magic pills like this - http://1loseweightfast.com/appetite-suppressant.html, you are terribly mistaken

Its a misconception that you need to diet (as we've been taught) to lose weight. There's a small percentage of people who diet and it works for them (5% to be precise), but for most of us, the problem sits in our minds, not in our mouths, and it is this that needs to be addressed.

It is our relationship to food that needs to change. How to change this? You change it by addressing the root cause of why you started overeating in the first place, and then you can either re-train your taste buds with a juice fast, or simply begin adding more good food to your daily diet.

You can check out the online weight loss program for people who suffer from food addiction on the Get Thin for Good website.

As to exercise...it's kind of important to exercise for so many reasons, one of them is to develop self-discipline (something you would also learn on the Get Thin for Good program), and the other is for health reasons.
