Can a Woman be Addicted to Pregnancy Having Babies?
I know a woman who has 8 kids, no real means to take care of them, and yet she continues to keep having another one every couple of years. The older kids end up taking care of the younger kids while she fusses over the babies mostly. There is no reasoning with her to stop, even though she almost died from the last birth. It made me wonder, is it possible to be actually addicted to pregnancy and having babies?
She must have been forced by her husband...otherwise no one would do such craziness.
I've heard of it. Mr. B worked in medicine for awhile, and he said that a few women said that they felt good only when they were pregnant. One lady at my office has 4 kids (by two marriages) and she says "I love having babies". But using Michelle Dugger (of the Arkansas Dugger family, what cable channel is "The Duggers " on?) as evidence, I would say "YES"! The Duggers have 19 or is it 20 children. I've lost count. They lost one a few years ago. I think it wasn't full-term or was stillborn. I met the family when Bob Dugger was a state representative and they had 16 kids at that time. They are for real. There seems to be no forcing Michelle Dugger, she keeps wanting "as many as God will give us."
In 20s I would have voiced what Annupriya has said. But now in my 50s, I will say that human mind sometimes goes numb with continuous life pressures. And so good friends or relatives should come forward to make them see sense.
