    How to recover from constipation? Please help.

    Hi, I am facing constipation problem since last two day. I am taking allopathic tablet, but no results. Is there any home remedial for this.

    Drink at least three litres of water in a day if it is no contraindicated for you
    High fiber diet
    Bananas
    Hot tea/coffee/milk in the morning
    Exercise, exercise and exercise

    Try a cup of Senna leaf tea it works very effectively.  After that, address the issues in your diet that are leading to the problem and eliminate them.

    high fiber when already constipated can worsen the issue, resolve first then eat the high fiber diet and drink plenty of water each day. Also, for some bananas can be constipating so don't eat them if you don't know how they react in your body.  Prunes or prune juice would be a better choice.

    Lots of liquids and also while it is an old joke, prunes are very effective. You can buy the ones with flavor. The Cherry Essence Prunes are very good. Eat 2 to 5, but not many more.

    Our physician told us that over and above the fiber in the prunes, they have some other element that works on that problem.

    Drink plenty of liquids. Avoid things like Bananas that are generally used to help with diahrea. Try things like juice and prunes. If it is too bad. Try 1 glass juice and 1 glass water every hour or so. Try excersizing. Sometimes. Our matablisms need a little help.

    Like cjarosz said previously, Your definitely not getting enough exercise. Exercise gets everything moving and prevents your body from slowing down. Drink plenty of water, the body requires water for the digestion process. You can also drink prune juice or take some probiotics which will not only assist in curing, well help prevent it from reoccurring.

    drink lots of prune juice, eat prunes, oatmeal and sweet corn. My son has constipation for 1 week. These stuff works out well
