Honestly, there's no safe way to lose weight quickly. Most of the lose weight fast gimmicks are just that. For instance, the lemonade diet promises you'll lose 10 pounds in 10 days, but in reality you're only loosing water weight; in which you'll regain after you return to eating normally.
The safest way to lose weight is to control your portion sizes and choose lean proteins and vegetables over processed foods. Also, try drinking more water, it'll help you feel full faster and is good for digestion. However, in order to lose weight you'll also need to exercise, to ensure that you're not loosing muscle instead of fat.
