I tried eating healthy and exercising and still.didnt lose weight.

Rose, try to stay positive.Change the company of friends if they bother you. Try to do activities that you like to enjoy. Start doing painting. Try to sit in nature. Try to share your thoughts with ones you trust. do yoga (I am telling you with experience ) I know it will take time and it’s not easy for you but trust me it’s not impossible.

The food one eats goes a long way in energizing and norishing the body. Exercise is one simple way to take digested food nutrients a step further...and health-wise. Digestion and exercise seems to be a kind of twice. Normally, human beings are dynamic. We're on the move. Sitting sedentarily and doing a lot of mental effort can burn some calories that make one shed few pounds. But certain will not benefit. Seriously, weight gain or lose is a problem with most people. If trying to loss weigh and you fail via exercise, continue the effort. But cut down your chop-plate to 1/4 balance with add 3/4 fruits and vegetables. Drink one glass water 30 minutes before each meal, and another one glass after meal. In the morning, drink at most 3 or 4 glass of water before brushing the teeth. In 2 hours time you can breakfast.

I don't just give tips. I regularly do what I teach. It's my nature to practise much and show it. Health is wealth. It can't be dispute. The best way to get it is to maintain and sustain it. It's a life long process. But it's worth the effort into old age.
