      This is a very important article about Sleep Apnea. I know some people who snore loudly and are also overweight. I believe it’s advisable to get the required medical check ups, to rule out any possibility of this health condition. As you mention, lifestyle changes and improvements might help.

   Thank you for sharing this one Rosina! At some cases, women can be at risk too. Especially those of with other health conditions. Like diabetes and PCOS. Thank you for writing this one Pamela! I still am praying for your recovery on shingles. hope it gets better.

   That's great news Pamela! Glad to hear your shingles are gone. Guess we both recovered from something after a few weeks. Thanks God and for everyone's collective prayers. Aside from MS, I also have PCOS, and I'm gaining weight too. Might be at risk. Thank you for writing this one, certainly increases awareness and added knowledge for people who are not familiar with sleep apnea.

   Chitrangada, I think it is important for the people you mentioned that snore loudly to get check ups. Id they sleep with someone else it would be good for them to try and observe any pause in their breathing. I appreciate your shared comments.
