The Urine

    What is the normal color of the urine.

      There is no "normal color" per se.  Some people believe you are not hydrated unless your pee is clear.  clear urine is also an indicator that your body has flushed out all of it's nutrients or hyponatremia.  But on the other hand dark urine most likely means you are dehydrated or take a lot of vitamins.  Fun fact of the day:  B vitamins can make your urine neon yellow.  I think you should shoot for a middle grounds.  mostly clear with a tint of yellow.  I hope that helps

    I totally agree with you there - my super vitamin B complex tablets are the worst for glow in the dark urine!
