First of all, I'm really sorry that you feel that way. I'm not sure what caused it, but the best healer is always time.
If your feelings are hurt because someone was insensitive, it might also help to talk to them because maybe they don't know they've hurt you and maybe that wasn't there intention.
I believe that if you are in pain, that means it is a sign to change something about yourself. If it is others hurting you, you are allowing them to hurt you. Don't allow them to hurt you. Say a prayer of blessing for that person at bedtime and see how things change. Best wishes and I do care about your pain, alot.
