I'm one of those folks that is petrified of public speaking.  Ten people or less, I can muddle through...anymore than that, everyone might as well just go home.

I have an uncontrollable fear of moths. I am absolutely petrified of them. I wrote a hub on this as it is a real phobia called Mottephobia. I feel sick, panicky and scared whenever I see them. Thankfully they are only around from April until October time here in the UK. Summer is a nightmare for me and everyone around me as all I seem to do is scream and run away. My daughter says I embarrass her when she is out with me, but I genuinely can't help it.

I am scared of ghosts and devils. Whenever I view any horror film, I get afraid easily.  My other fear is the lizards. Whenever the lizards are nearby, this often sends the shudder down my spine.

The terms for fear of ghosts is phasmophobia and fear of lizards is saurophobia.

Wasps! I got stung by one when I was young and broke out in hives all over my neck, my thighs and my stomach. I always worry that if i was to get stung again it may be worse. I don't think the film 'my girl' helped.

I am most afraid of horror movies and the ghost and devils stories, and also Cockroaches and lizards are the most irritating and fearful things for me.

I agree with you, Capedium. There is so much that it would be good to write about and say, and our time here is so short. The other thing is all this technology. I love to write but I never seem to get right all the things connected with it on the computer, there are so many technological things we need to understand and do. I'm sure I'll never get them all right, they stress me out.

I grew up poor, so my biggest fear is having to do without again. I don't ever want to be homeless, hungry, and cold ever again.
